What is it?
Aircall is a cloud phone system built for sales and support teams. Performy connects via webhooks: when a call ends, Aircall notifies Performy, which transcribes and analyzes it automatically.
Activate the integration in Performy
From the admin panel, activate the Aircall integration. You'll get an integration_id and a webhook_secret — here it works as a shared token, since Aircall doesn't sign its webhooks with HMAC.
Configure the webhook in Aircall
In your Aircall Dashboard, add a webhook pointing to https://api.performy.ai/api/webhooks/phone/aircall/{integration_id}/, with the token set to your webhook_secret. Aircall includes that token in the body of every event, and Performy compares it before processing anything. The endpoint must be HTTPS — Aircall rejects unencrypted URLs.
Every finished call triggers the event
Performy receives the call-ended event, validates the token, and normalizes the call data (duration, participants, number).
Automatic analysis
Once the recording is ready, Performy transcribes it and analyzes it against your playbook, with no manual work on your end.
