What is it?

Ringover is a cloud telephony system. Performy connects through webhooks: whenever a call ends, Ringover notifies Performy, which analyzes it automatically against your playbook — no one has to upload recordings by hand.

Where it lives: Performy admin panel → Integrations → Ringover (webhook configuration)
1

Activate the integration and generate your webhook_secret

From the Performy admin panel, activate the Ringover integration. You'll get a unique integration_id and a webhook_secret that Ringover will use to authenticate every event it sends.

2

Configure the webhook in Ringover

In your Ringover account, add a webhook pointing to https://api.performy.ai/api/webhooks/phone/ringover/{integration_id}/ and enter the webhook_secret in whichever authentication field your account uses. Ringover signs its webhooks in three different ways depending on the account — HMAC, JWT, or a static token in the Authorization header — and Performy auto-detects which one yours uses, no extra configuration needed.

3

Every call triggers the event

When a call ends, Ringover sends the event to Performy, which validates the signature, normalizes the data (duration, participants, call direction) and discards duplicates before processing anything.

4

Analysis runs on its own

Once the recording is available, Performy downloads it, transcribes it, and runs the full analysis against your playbook — with nothing left for you to upload or touch.
